We had an amazing stay at a lovely riad. The riad had a beautiful Moroccan style, clean rooms, and a refreshing pool. The location was great, as it gave us a taste of the authentic Moroccan quarter away from the tourist crowds. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Communication was efficient, with quick responses to our emails. The breakfast was delicious and the host, Tariq, was exceptional. He greeted us with a warm smile, gave us helpful information about the Medina and souks, and even provided us with a map. We highly recommend Riad Hadda!
There was nothing we didn't like 😊

Friendly staff who provided helpful information and made us feel welcome. Good breakfast options and the option for dinner as well. Convenient walking distance to all attractions, yet away from the hustle and a chance to experience the local lifestyle.
Unreliable wifi, better to buy a local SIM card. Inconsistent heating and warm water in the rooms.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, nestled in the eastern outskirts of the bustling old town. The location was ideal for me, as it offered a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle, yet still within a 15-minute walk to the main square.
All was smooth and satisfactory during my stay.

Beautifully decorated with a stunning terrace and nice pool. We enjoyed the delicious breakfasts and the staff was very friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home. Location was great, just a short walk to most of the local attractions.
The room was a bit small and dark, and the internet was too slow for our needs. , the immediate neighborhood was a bit too residential for our liking, so we had to walk further to find suitable restaurants and shops.

Located off the beaten track down a residential alley, the hotel struggled with a lack of clear directions or markers as to where it was. The room itself had a traditional feel to it, and was well-furnished, though the bathroom left much to be desired with poorly-lit conditions making it difficult to function within. The service, though friendly, was slow to respond. The breakfast spread was decent, and there were a few facilities available for guests, including a pool for a quick dip.
The Wi-Fi service was unreliable and slow during our stay, making it difficult to stay connected to the outside world.

During my Easter vacation, I stayed at a traditional property in the heart of the medina. The decor was impressive with a view of the inner courtyard and the pool. The staff was accommodating and answered all our questions during the trip. The breakfast every morning was delicious and filling.
The location of the property was farther than it appeared from the main tourist spots, taking more than 15 minutes to arrive. At night it was challenging to find and could be pretty confusing.

The location was perfect for experiencing the local culture, and the staff treated us with utmost warmth and friendliness throughout our stay. Shoutout to Abdul for being such a fantastic host!
The food for breakfast could be improved with more variety.

I absolutely loved the cozy and quiet atmosphere of the riad. The decoration was beautiful, with traditional Moroccan elements that added to the charm and made me feel like I was truly experiencing the culture. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, making it easy for me to navigate as a senior woman. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was great, with no stairs to climb and an elevator available for those who needed it.
The only thing I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people is if the children working there could be a bit more attentive and proactive in anticipating the needs of older guests. Sometimes it would have been helpful to have someone offer assistance without having to ask for it first.

We loved staying in this hotel's peaceful and quiet location. It was clean, had friendly staff, and comfortable amenities. The breakfast offered a mix of international and local flavors, and the staff was always ready to offer advice on transportation and things to do. The hotel was located in a residential alley that added to its charm, away from the busy tourist sites.
It was all superb.

The staff at this Riad were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. They provided useful tips and advice, arranged tours, and even adjusted breakfast times for our early departures. The food served was excellent, made with fresh ingredients, and we particularly enjoyed breakfast and dinner. The Riad's terrace was also a highlight, offering plenty of space to relax. The room was one of the best we've ever stayed in, with all the amenities we could ask for, including air conditioning and hot water. The location, although slightly outside the main square, provided us with a great opportunity to experience the local way of life and see how people truly live in Marrakesh.
Felt very relaxed, nothing was too much trouble.
